Before and after school club
From September 2022, S4YC will provide high quality wrap around care and extra curricular clubs for our children and families.

To book wrap-around care for reception - Year 6 children:
Parents should register their child on the registration, booking and payment system. The system we use is called iPAL: https://s4yc.schoolipal.co.uk
This is the only way parents can register, make bookings and pay for sessions for wrap around care with S4YC.
This is an easy way of booking and paying for activities which will help you manage, book and pay for your child’s sessional childcare in one secure place. The system is very easy to use and will save you time.
You will have full access to your account information and invoices via iPAL and will be able to print invoices for tax credit letters, plus much more.
Club prices and times will be as follows:
- Breakfast club: 7.45am – Start of School £5.00
- After school club: End of School – 5.45pm £11.00
Register with iPAL in 4 easy steps:
Step 1. Visit https://s4yc.schoolipal.co.uk
Step 2. Select parent login in the top right-hand corner
Step 3. Complete the new parent registration form and click register, at this point you will receive a confirmation email, Please note this email may go in to your junk folder: please mark it as safe.
Step 4. Once you have completed your registration you will then need to add your child or children.

Nursery children can attend wrap around care for up to 2 hours per day.
Either:
Breakfast club 7.45-8.45 at a cost of £6.00 plus after school club 3.15pm-4.15pm at a cost of £6.00
Or:
After School Club 3.15-5.15pm at a cost of £12.00
These sessions cannot be claimed as part of the Preschool child’s funding - these sessions are parent pay only.
To book wrap-around care for Nursery children contact Lianne@s4yc.co.uk to book in required sessions. Sessions need to be booked in advance.
